宁钢活性石灰工程建有两座600t·d-1回转窑,2008年6月点火投产,目前运行状况平稳,各项经济技术指标良好。因受场地限制未配备原料水洗配套项目,原料直接从矿山采购到场后即投入使用。使用未经水洗的石灰石原料,导致回转窑结圈情况十分严重。本文描述了对结圈问题的基本认识、处理方法及技术分析。

Ning steel active lime plant has two 600t· d-1 rotary kiln designed by ACRE,which were commissioned in June 2008, have been in stable operation at present with sound economic and techni- cal indexes. The plant is not equipped with water washing facility for the raw materials due to limited space. Therefore the limestone from mine has to be directly put into use, which gives rise to serious scale formation.
