摘要
用毛细管流变仪考察温度、停留时间和水分对PLA流变性能的影响,结果表明:PLA属切力变稀流体,停留时间对其流变性能有一定影响,并且对低剪切的影响更为明显,PLA在加工过程中需要干燥,综合对其停留时间和水分的考察后得出PLA属于触变性流体。
The rheological properties of poly (lactic acid) (PLA) were studied as a function of temperature, residence time,and moisture content by capillaly Meometer. The results confirmed that it was a shear thinning material,and there was a definite effect of residence time on its rheological behaviour,especially at low shear rate. In addition,moisture content was also found to be an influential factor. Therefore,drying of PLA was a must prior to any shaping processes.
