摘要 采用超高分子量聚乙烯接枝丙烯酸为增容剂,以双螺杆挤出法制备聚酰胺/超高分子量聚乙烯塑料合金,并对塑料合金的性能进行研究。由于超高分子量聚乙烯接枝的丙烯酸活性基能与聚酰胺的胺基反应,超高分子量聚乙烯均匀地分散在聚酰胺中,使聚酰胺塑料合金的力学性能、冲击性能、结晶行为、摩擦性能以及吸水率、热变形温度和摩擦磨损性能都得到较好的改善和提高。 A twin screw extruders method which was used to produce ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and compatibilizing-modified polyamide plastic ALY with UHMWPE and acrylic acid grafted as reactants was introduced. Through the study of the properties of the plastic alloy, the improvement of the properties of the plastic alloy depends largely on the interface structure and the compatibilizing degree of UHMWPE and polyamide were found. Due to the similarity of structure between the main chain of solubilizing agent and UHMWPE, the active group of acrylic acid grafted reacted with amidocyanogen of polyamide, which made impossible the improvement of polyamide plastic alloy's mechanical property, impact properties, crystallization behavior, frictional properties and water absorption rate, heat deflection temperature, and friction and wear behavior.
