摘要
根据地面气象观测业务改革调整以来,工作运行中出现的逾限报与缺报,及新长Z文件形成中遇到的问题,分析探讨了它们形成的原因,提出了解决问题的一些思路,为提高新Z文件的传输质量提供参考。
According to the timeout and deficient reports in the operation of work and problems in the formation of new long Z file since ground meteorological observation business reform, the reasons of their formation were analyzed to put forward some ideas for solving the problem, in order to provide the reference for improving the new Z file transmission quality.
