强辛汤对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

The effect of the Qiangxin decoction against chronic heart failure in cardiac function in patients

目的:观察强辛汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及对心功能的影响。方法:选取慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分成治疗组40例,采用西医常规加服强辛汤治疗;对照组40例采用西医常规治疗。两组均治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为95%和80%(P<0.05),治疗组对LVEF、LVDD、LVDS、VE/VA改善优于对照组。结论:在西药治疗的基础上,配合强辛汤治疗慢性心力衰竭,可提高临床疗效,改善心功能。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiang Xin decoction in treating chronic heart failure and the effects on cardiac function. Methods： 80 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 patients, treated with TCM and Qiang Xin Decoction; control group for 40 patients, treated with conventional modern medicine. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Compared the clinical effects of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 95% which was higher than control group for 80% （P〈0.05）; and the treatment group for LVEF, LVDD, LVDS, VE/VA was improved than the control group. Conclusion： Based on modern medicine treatment of chronic cardiac failure, the Qiangxin decoction can improve the clinical efficacy and cardiac function.
