浅谈中药煎药方法对药效的影响

Discussion on the influence of different decocting methods on pharmacological effect

目的:探讨不同中医煎药方法对药效的影响。方法:选取黄连解毒汤、四物汤、四逆散、保和丸等4个传统方剂分别采用现代煎药机与传统煎药方法进行煎药,对比两种方法的煎出率。结果:现代煎药机煎药法操作规范的,可从多方面进行质量控制,药物煎出率高,且煎出的药剂有效成分含量高,各方面指标均优于传统煎药法。结论:现代煎药机煎药法值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the influence of different TCM decocting methods on efficacy. Methods： Huanglian Jiedu decoction, Siwu decoction, Sini decoction and Baohe pill were selected for comparison the decocting rate of modem decocting machine and traditional decocting method. Results： Modern decocting machine was formal in operation and can be undertaken quality control in many ways. It was higher in both decocting rate and decocting content of active constituents than traditional decocting method. Conclusion： Modem decocting machine was worthy for a wide clinical application.
