三步疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症231例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 231 cases of lumbar disc herniation with three step therapy

目的:探讨综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:通过辨证分型,用针刺加TDP配合中频综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症231例。结果:治愈:129例,好转72例,无效30例。结论:腰椎间盘突出症日益增加并趋年轻化,现腰椎间盘突出症的治疗方法甚多,笔者采用针刺、TDP、中频三步综合治疗,结果显示效果良好,安全可靠,实用性强。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the comprehensive therapy on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 231 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated based on symptoms and signs for classification of syndrome, and given acupuncture combined with TCM comprehensive treatment. Results： 129 cases were cured, 72 cases were improved, and 30 cases were invalid. Conclusion： Three step comprehensive treatment, acupuncture, TDP combined with intermediate frequency, show good effect, safety, reliability and strong practicability.
