电针结合中频预防偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位

Clinical effect of treating shoulder joint subluxation from early apoplexy and hemiparalysis with electric acupuncture and intermediate frequency

目的:观察基于电针与中频相结合的治疗方案,对预防早期中风偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位及促进上肢功能恢复的临床观察。方法:选择符合纳入标准的脑卒中患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组:给予康复方法。治疗组:给予康复方法和电针与中频相结合治疗方案。结论:治疗组肩关节半脱位的发生率低于对照组;上肢功能恢复较对照组明显,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the treatment method of electric acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency and the clinical effect of treating shoulder joint subluxation and improving the function recovery of upper limb from early apoplexy and hemiparalysis. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given rehabilitation treatment, while the treated group was given electric acupuncture and intermediate frequency more. Results： The incidence rate of shoulder joint subluxation in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture combined with intermediate frequency had good effect on shoulder joint subluxation from early apoplexy and hemiparalysis, worthy a wide clinical application.
