赵文霞教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床经验

Experience of Professor Zhao Wen-xia for treating NAFLD

目的:总结赵文霞教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床经验。方法:通过跟师学习,整理赵文霞教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的医案、医论,总结其对该病病机和治疗方法认识。结果:赵教授认为本病本虚标实,以脾气虚为主,痰湿、郁热、血瘀交织致病。治疗应衷中参西、中药、针灸、调整饮食、适量运动相结合。结论:赵文霞教授治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效显著。

Objective： To summarize the clinical experiences of Professor ZHAO Wen-xia in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver diseases （NFLD）. Methods： By learning with the teacher and organizing the medical cases and medical theories of professor ZHAO Wen-xia in treating nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, her understandings of the pathological mechanisms of the disease and treatment methods were summarized. Results： Professor ZHAO Wen-xia regarded that NFLD were deficient root with overdo superficial. It was focused on mainly on give priority to deficiency of spleen qi. The pathogenic factors were mixed phlegmy wet, muggy, blood stasis. The treatments included TCM, acupuncture and moxibustion, altering the diet, moderate exercise. Conclusions： Professor ZHAO Wen-xia achieved remarkable therapeutic effect in in treating NFLD.
