中西结合治疗泌尿系结石

Treating uropoiesis concretion in the integrative medicine

目的:对中西结合治疗泌尿系结石进行探讨。方法:自2006年1月～2011年1月,我院我科收治泌尿系结石患者80例,其中男性患者60例,女性患者20例,针对所有患者在常规西医治疗的基础上介入中医疗法,并对临床疗效进行分析。结果:80例患者中。临床治愈60例,占75.00%;显效18例,占22.50%;无效2例,占2.50%;总有效率为97.50%。1个疗程后排石为25例。2个疗程后排石为40例,5个疗程后排石为3例。并对所有患者进行3～6个月的随访,无复发者。结论:中西结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating uropoiesis concretion. Methods： 80 patients collected from January 2006 to January 2011 were given routine modem medicine treatment combined with TCM therapy. The clinical efficacy was analyzed. Results： Of all the 80 patients, 60 cases were cured, occupying 75.00%, 18 cases were significantly effective, occupying 22.50%, 2 cases were invalid, occupying 2.50%. The total effective rate was 97.50%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was significantly effective on treating uropoiesis concretion, worthy a wide clinical application.
