中医药综合治疗颈椎病眩晕症的疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating vertigo from cervical syndrome in TCM integrative therapy

目的:观察中医药综合疗法治疗颈椎病眩晕症状的临床疗效。方法:中药内服、牵引、推拿综合治疗,15d为1疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果:86例患者中,临床结果痊愈26例,显效35例,有效20例,无效5例,总有效率94.2%。结论:中医综合疗法对于治疗颈椎病眩晕症状疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment on vertigo from cervical syndrome. Methods： The patients were orally given TCM herbs and traction and massage. 15 days in a course of treatment. Results： Of all the 86 patients, 26 cases were cured, 35 cases were markedly effective, 20 cases were effective, and 5 cases were invalid, with the total effective rate 94.2%. Conclusion： The TCM integrative trerapy was effective on vertigo from cervical symptoms, worthy a wide clinical application.
