摘要
目的:探讨加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗正中神经损伤的临床效果。方法:60例患者被随机分为两组,30人每组。治疗组内服加味黄芪桂枝五物汤,对照组仅服甲钴胺片。结果:两组治疗6个月和9个月后运动诱发动作电位潜伏期对比出现显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组均无明显不良反应,不良反应率差异无显著性(x2=0.00,P=1.00)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗正中神经损伤临床应用安全、可靠。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on median nerve injury. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given Mecobalamin, while the treated group was given modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction. Results: Evoked action potential in the two groups had significant difference after treatment for 6 or 9 months (P〈0.05). Both groups had none adverse effects, with no significant differences between (P=1.00). Conclusion: Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction was effective and safe on median nerve injury.The total effective rate in the control group was. Conclusion: Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction was significantly effective on treating median nerve injury.
