中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床体会

Clinical experience for treating sudden deafness in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法:将37例患者分为两组,对照组15例采用抗病毒、改善微循环、能量合剂等常规治疗;治疗组22例在常规治疗基础上加用中医中药。两组治疗均为3个疗程,每个疗程为7d。治疗结束后随访3个月～1年。结果:对照组总有效率为80%,复发率为27%,治疗组有效率为91%,复发率为12%。结论:采用中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效较好且复发率低。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on sudden deafness. Methods： 3/ pauents were randomly divided into two groups, 15 in the control group and 22 in the treated group. The control group was given routine treatments of anti-virus, improving microcirculation and giving energy misture, while the treated group was given TCM more. Both groups were given 3 treatment courses, 7 days in a treatment course. All the patients were follow-up visited for 3 months to 1 year after the treatment. Results： In the control group, the total effective rate was 80%, and the relapse rate was 27%. While in the treated group, the total effective rate was 91%, and the relapse rate was 12%.Conclusion： The integrative medicine had better effect and lower relapse rate on treating sudden deafness.
