益气活血通络法治疗胃癌癌前病变30例

Clinical effect of the Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo method on treating 30 cases of PLGC

目的:探讨益气活血通络法治疗胃癌癌前病变的疗效。方法:30例慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生和/或上皮内瘤变的患者给予益气活血通络方加减进行治疗。结果:治愈2例,显效15例,有效10例,无效3例。结论:中医药治疗胃癌癌前病变不论在缓解临床症状还是改善局部炎症,其疗效十分肯定。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of treating precancerous lesions orgastric cancer tiuoxue Tongluo method. Methods： 30 patients of chronic atrophic gastritis combined with intestinal metaplasia and intraepithelial neoplasma were given modified Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo method for treatment. Results： 2 cases were cured, 15 cases were significantly effective, 10 cases were effective, 3 cases were invalid. Conclusion： TCM was significantly effective on relieving the clinical symptoms and improving local inflammation on treating PLGC.
