Discussion on English-translation problems of drug-parts of Chinese root-herbals in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China (Volume Ⅰ)

从《中国药典》对"块茎"、"根茎"、"块根"、"根及根茎"和"根茎及根"的英译的不统一方面探讨了根类中草药入药部位的英译问题。

Some problems on English translation of drug-parts of Chinese root-herbals are discussed based on the translational disunity of＂Tuber＂, ＂Rhizome＂, ＂Root Tuber＂, ＂Root or Rhizome＂ and ＂Rhizome or Root＂ in the Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China （Volume I）.
