高校职业指导人员的职业素质要求与专业化建设途径——以广西职业技术学院为例

On the Career Instructors'Professional Quality Requirements and Specialization Construction in Colleges

高校毕业生的就业问题成为了当前高校工作的热点难点问题之一,高校职业指导人员的素质状况是开展就业指导工作的关键,而严峻的现实对高校职业指导人员的职业素质提出了更高的要求。以广西职业技术学院为例,本文通过分析当前高校职业指导人员存在的问题与不足,探索加强高校职业指导人员专业化的建设途径。

The employment problem of college graduates has become one of the hot and difficult issues in colleges. The professional quality of career instructors is very important to conduct vocational counsel work, but the grim reality brings higher requirements to the instructors＇ professional quality. Taking Guangxi Vocational and Technical College as the example, this paper analyzes the existing problems and shortages of the career instructors, and searches the channels to enhance the specialization construction of career instructors in colleges.
