纤支镜肺泡灌洗术治疗吸入性肺炎的临床效果分析

The Clinical Effect Analysis of Bronchoscopy Lavage Treatment for Aspiration Pneumonia

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗吸入性肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取86例吸入性肺炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各43例。对照组采用常规治疗法,治疗组采用常规治疗法并辅以纤支镜灌洗术治疗,1周后观察比较两组患者血气、肺功能。结果:治疗组血气、肺功能均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纤支镜肺泡灌洗能够较快改善吸入性肺炎患者的血气、肺功能,加速患者痊愈,而且安全、有效,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the fiberoptic bronchoscopy alveolar lavage surgical treatment for aspiration pneumonia.Methods:The 86 cases of aspiration pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the number of each group are 43 cases.The comparison group used the conventional therapy,treatment group with the conventional therapy and complementary with bronchofiberscope lavage operation treatment,the differences of the blood gas,lung function were compared after a week in two groups.Results:The blood gas,lung function in the treatment group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage can rapidly improve the aspiration pneumonia patients in the blood gas,pulmonary function, accelerate the patients recovered,and it is safe and effective,and have clinical promotion value.
