儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征手术前后生活质量调查

Children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome before and after Surgery Quality of Life Survey

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对患儿生活质量的影响,分析手术治疗前后生活质量的变化。方法:通过OSA-18评分与PSG客观监测评价手术前后患儿的生活质量。结果:术后患儿的AHI、最低血氧、最长暂停时间、暂停指数、低通气指数与手术前比较均有显著改善(P<0.05);患儿术后OSA-18调查表评分(51.03±22.78)分,显著低于术前(87.43±23.71)分(P<0.05)。结论:儿童OSAHS严重影响患儿的生活质量,手术治疗可显著提高患儿生活质量,OSA-18评分与PSG检测可为临床疗效提供客观的评价。

Objective： To investigate the obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on the quality of life of children, analysis the surgical treatment quality of life before and after the change.Methods： OSA-18 score and PSG objective monitoring of the quality of life of children in the evaluation before and after surgery.Results： Postoperative children AHI, lowest oxygen, the longest pause time, pause index, hypopnea index compared with before surgery were significantly improved（P〈0.05）; children with postoperative OSA-18 questionnaire score （51.03 ± 22.78） was significantly lower than the preoperative （87.43 ± 23.71）（P〈0.05）.Condusion： Children seriously affect the quality of life of children with OSAHS, operation therapy can significantly improve the quality of life of children with, OSA-18 score and PSG detection can provide objective evaluation of clinical efficacy.
