高血压脑出血CT引导下置软管血肿引流的研究

Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage with CT Guided Tube Indwelling Drainage of Hematoma

目的:探讨CT引导下置软管血肿引流微创清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:随机将笔者所在医院收治的60例高血压脑出血患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例),治疗组采用CT引导下置软管血肿引流清除术,对照组采用内科保守治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:治疗1个月后治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后治疗组存活24例,存活率80.00%,对照组存活14例,存活率46.67%,治疗组Barthel指数评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在CT引导下置软管血肿引流治疗高血压脑出血一种非常有效的治疗方法,不仅能够减少患者病死率以及致残率,而且对改善患者的生存质量也具有重要的意义,值得临床推广应用。

Objeetlve： To explore the CT guided tube indwelling drainage of hematoma microinvasive evacuation of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods ： The hospital treated 60 cases of hypertensive intraeerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into control group（30 cases） and the treatment group（30 cases）, the treatment group used CT guided tube indwelling hematoma drainage removal, the control group used department of internal medicine clinical conservative treatment and treatment effects of two groups was observed.Results： After 1 month the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）; after 6 months of treatment the patients in the treatment group of 24 eases were survival, a survival rate of 80.00% patients, in the control group 14 cases were survival, survival rate in 46.67%, Barthel index score of treatment group was higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Clinical CT guided tube indwelling drainage of hematoma in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is a very effective treatment, can not only reduce the death rate and disability rate of patients, but also for the improvement of the life quality of the patients have important sense, it is worthy of clinical application.
