摘要
烟梗及烟叶碎片的制浆实验结果表明,烟梗制浆条件为温度70℃,蒸煮时间40min,烟叶碎片制浆条件为50℃,蒸煮时间20min;针叶木浆打浆度80°SR,阔叶木浆打浆度45°SR时,手抄片强度最高;随着烟草纤维用量的增加,手抄片物理强度逐渐降低,其中烟草纤维比例由5%增至10%时,手抄片强度降低较大。烟草纤维比例增加,接装纸外观特征明显,烟草纤维特征外观能够对接装原纸起到防伪作用。
The pulping test for tobacco stems and tobacco leaves was carried out. The results show that pulping conditions for tobacco stems are as follow, temperature 70℃, cooking time 40 rain; pulping conditions for tobacco leaves is as follow, temperature 50℃, cooking time 20 min. When the softwood pulp beating degree is 80 °SR and hardwood pulp beating degree is 45°SR, the tensile strength of handsheet reaches the higher value; the physical strength decreases gradually with the increase of the adding amount of tobacco fibers, especially proportion of tobacco fiber increasing from 5% to 10%, the strength of handsheets decreases remarkably; when the tobacco fiber ratio increases, the appearance characteristics changes significantly, which also function as an anti-counterfeiting role.
