Around the problems in a continuous cooking system, the relationship and changes of the factors that set in between fixed parameter and variable parameter were reviewed in this paper, the corresponding solutions and measures were put forward according to the changes. The measures can ensure the cooking operation in a high quality, high yield, and low cost operation, to ensure the effective operation of the production.
