Optimization of TMP process for papermaking of yellow release paper

分析了化机浆配抄黄色防黏原纸生产过程中产生的孔洞问题,优化了化机浆筛选、打浆、洗涤等工艺,最终解决了成纸孔洞的问题并改善了成纸松厚度等指标。

Hole defects problem, resulting from the increasing use of chemi-mechanical pulp, was analyzed in the process of yellow release base paper. The screening, beating, and washing in the production of chemi-mechanical pulp were optimized to finally solve hole defects of paper and to improve the quality targets such as paper bulkiness.
