摘要
从土壤中筛选出20余株产中性植酸酶活性的菌株,对一株产中性植酸酶活性较高的绿脓假单胞菌(Phy10)进行了发酵条件优化。该菌株在pH值6.0、温度30℃、装液量100.0mL、接种量7.0mL、碳源为可溶性淀粉和氮源为NaNO2条件下产酶活性最大,优化后酶活可达到231.2U/mL,比未优化前提高了2.16倍。
From the soil, more than 20 strains of neutral phytase activity strain were produced. The production of a strain neutral phytase activity was higher pseudomonas aeruginosa (Phyl0) on the fermentation conditions optimization. In the pH value 6.0, temperature 30℃, liquid loading quantity 100. Oral, inoculation quantity 7.0 ml, carbon source for soluble starch, nitrogen source for NaNO2 production, enzyme activity was the largest. The optimized enzyme activity could achieve 231.2 U/ml,than not before optimization was improved by 2.16 times.
