摘要
通过利用农村治病的偏方,探究葎草、生姜和葎草生姜药对引起细菌性腹泻常见的细菌性大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用,采用滤纸片法和小鼠腹泻模型来确定抑菌效果与最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。实验结果表明,葎草、生姜有一定的抑菌效果,葎草生姜药的抑菌效果较好。该实验结果可为治疗细菌性腹泻提供指导,有一定的实际意义。
Through the use of the folk prescription, this paper explored the Humulus scandens, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Humulus scandens Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens drugs on the inhibition of bacterial diarrhea caused by common bacteria E. eoli and staphylococcus aureus. By filter paper method and diarrhea in mice model, the authors determined the antibacterial effects and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). The experimen- tal results showed that the Humulus scandens or the Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens had antibacterial effect. And the effect of Humulus scandens Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens drugs was better. The experimental results could provide a guide for the treatment of the bacterial diarrhea with practical significance.
