NaHSO_3对紫球藻生长和物质积累的影响

摘要 为优化紫球藻营养盐配方,降低养殖成本,提高生物量和物质积累,研究了不同浓度的安全环保的植物循环光合磷酸化促进剂——NaHSO3(≤4mol/L)溶液对盐生杜氏藻生长和光合色素含量及蛋白含量积累的影响。结果表明,NaHSO3可显著促进盐生杜氏藻生长,提高叶绿素a(Chl a)和b(Ch1 b)含量、叶绿素总量(Chl)、类胡萝卜素含量(Car)和蛋白含量;促进效应随浓度增加表现为先升后降,低浓度(<1mol/L)效应较好,以0.50mol/L为最佳。 Abstraet:Bisulfite (NaHSO3) was a substance to accelerate plant cyclic photophosphorylation that could be used safely and envirortmentally friendly. In order to optimize the nutrients formula, decrease the production cost and improve the biomass and substance accumulation of Porphyridium cruentum, the authors investigated the effects of different concentrations (0 - 4mol/L)of NaHSO3 on the biomass and substance contents. The results showed that NaHSO3 could significantly improve the growth, contents of chlorophyll (Chl) a, Chl b, Chl (a + b), carotenoid(Car) and protein. The effects firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of concentration. Accelerating effects under low concentrations ( 〈 1 mol/L)were better than those under high concentrations (1-4mol/L), and the maximum accelerating effects were reaches at 0.50mol/L.
