中国省际旅游效率评价及其敏感性分析

Evaluation and Sensitivity Analysis of Provincial Tourism Efficiency in China

采用超效率的数据包络分析模型对2007—2010年中国旅游效率的时空差异进行分析,并对旅游效率的指标敏感性进行分析。研究结果表明,2007—2010年中国的旅游效率存在明显的区域差异,东部最高、中部最低、东北和西部介于两者之间,其中东西部呈下降趋势,而中部和东北呈上升趋势;受东部和东北的旅游效率变化影响,中国旅游效率呈发散趋势,即省市之间的差距逐渐增大;旅游业从业人员数和交通便利条件是影响旅游效率的重要因素。

Based on the panel dataset of tourism resources from 2007 to 2010 in China,the super data envelopment analysis model was used to calculate the tourism efficiency for different regions and periods in China, and the econometric model was utilized to calculate the sensitivity coefficient of the tourism efficiency for different input indicators. The results showed that the tourism efficiency of China during the years from 2007 to 2010 obvi- ously represented significant regional differences. The average tourism efficiency of eastern region was the highest in the nationwide and middle region minimum, northeastern region and western region in between. The tourism cfficicncies of the eastern and western region maintained a downward trend, and northeastern region and middle region in opposite. Due to the influence of tourism efficiency changes of eastern region and northeastern region, the national tourism efficiency maintained the lesser radiation trend, namely the gap of efficiency was gradually increasing. The conclusion could be drawn from sensitivity analysis that the number of tourism professionals and convenient traffic conditions were important factors affecting the tourism efficiency.
