摘要 目的图案化自组装有机单分子薄膜,开辟低成本、高效率制备有机单分子薄膜图案的新途径。方法采用光刻蚀的方法制备聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)模子,通过模板诱导组装,将有机分子十六烷基硫醇(HDT)、1,10-癸二硫醇(DDT)和4-十二烷基硫醇邻苯二酚(MBD)选择性沉积在金表面。结果得到规则有序的有机单分子层图案。结论利用有机分子端基官能团功能化金表面,这种被功能化的金试样是形成纳米颗粒图案和制备有机分子器件的基础。 Aim To pattern self-assembled organic monolayer by an experimentally simple technique. Methods The poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) elastomeric stamp was fabricated by the light etching silicon. Micro-contact hexadecanethiol (HDT) was printed on an evaporated gold film, then 1,10-decanedithiol(DDT) or 4-( 11-mercap- toundecyl) benzene-1, 2-diol (MBD) was backfilled. Results The functional pattered self-assembled organic monolayer HDT/DDT and HDT/MBD were obtained. Conclusion Successful patterned organic monolayer was achieved by making use of micro-contact printing method. This patterned surface has the potential application of patterning magnetic nanoparticles and making microelectrodes.
