摘要
目的通过对渭河干流(陕西段)13个国控监测断面化学需氧量及氨氮监测数据分析,为制定有效的防治措施提供理论依据。方法采取污染状况调查、采集水样,测定其化学需氧量和氨氮含量,并绘制COD和氨氮的污染趋势变化曲线。结果 2006—2009年渭河干流(陕西段)13个国控断面除林家村至常兴桥4个断面的水质达到水质功能标准要求外,其余9个断面水质均超过了其水质功能标准,且水质均为劣Ⅴ类,污染极为严重。结论推进渭河(陕西段)产业结构调整、严格排污标准、加强污水处理厂及城市环保基础设施建设等5个方面防治措施。
Aim To propose policies and measures to control the water pollution Weihe River main stream (Shaanxi section) by analysis of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD)and Ammonia-Nitrogen (NH3 -N) in the 13 national monitoring sections. Methods Pollution trend curve about the COD and NH3 - N in the 13 sections is es- tablished. Policies and measures to control the pollution are proposed based on the pollution trend curve. Results The study demonstrates that the water quality of only 4 sections from Linjia Cun to Changxing Bridge is qualified, that of the other 9 sections are not qualified, and the pollution is very serious. Conclusion In the study control measures are proposed such as adjusting the industrial structure in the area along Weihe River (Shaanxi section), controlling the discharge of pollutants and strengthening the construction of sewage treatment plants, etc.
