摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶为骨架材料,研究了一般通用橡皮绝缘配方,在对硫化、补强填充、增塑、老化和稳定体系进行选择后确定了该绝缘橡胶的优化配方;对橡胶绝缘性能进行了测定,实验结果表明,绝缘橡胶性能优良。
The formulation of general rubber＇s insulation of is investigated. EPDM was used as the base polymer. The insulation compound has been determined after base on curing system, filling reinforcing system, plasticizing and cou-pling system, aging and stabilizing had been selected. The properties of the cable insulation were determined. The re-suits showed that the rubber system was excellent.
