摘要
利用化学共价键偶联药物的方法研究了壳聚糖对小分子药物的负载.壳聚糖分子结构中的伯氨基使其具备阳离子聚电解质的特征,可以与喹诺酮类药物左氧氟沙星共价偶联,以此实现了左氧氟沙星的负载,方法简单,直接易得.采用琼脂稀释法考察壳聚糖载药复合物的抑菌活性,研究表明,壳聚糖作为小分子药物运载材料,以共价偶联方式不仅能成功实现药物的负载,并能改善药物抑菌活性.
A chitosan-based drug delivery system for small molecule antibacterial drugs was studied with chemical covalent bond conjugation. Chitosan has the characteristics of cationic polyelectrolytes because of its primary amino groups, which makes the preparation of loading levofloxaein, a quinolone, simple, direct and easy to operate. In this study, the antibacterial activity of the drug-loaded chitosan complex was inves- tigated using the agar dilution method. The results showed that chitosan as a small molecule drug carrier material has the ability to successfully load with chemical covalent bond conjugation and improve the anti-bacterial activity of the loaded drug.
