摘要 根据微电子技术发展现状和企事业单位对微电子人才需求特性,分析了西南大学电子科学与技术专业在微电子学实践教学中遇到的瓶颈,提出了拟通过搭建微电子器件和集成电路设计核心专业课程仿真平台,以及依托该平台拓展常规课程教学方式等解决方案,以缓解该校微电子学课程体系教学软硬件条件的不足,进一步提高学生对微电子器件和集成电路的设计制造能力. According to the current development of the microelectronics technology and the characteristics of the demand of enterprises for microelectronics talent, this paper analyzes the bottlenecks encountered during microelectronics teaching of "Electronic Science and Technology" major in Southwest University. Then it proposes the construction of a professional core curriculum simulation platform on microelectronic devices and integrated circuits, and offers approaches to expanding and improving the conventional class-room teaching methods, based on the platform. It is expected that the insufficiency in teaching hardware and software can be alleviated and the students" practical ability to design and manufacture microelectronic devices and integrated circuits will be enhanced.
