摘要
本文首次对盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa(L.)Pall.)的染色体数目和核型进行了分析研究。结果表明,盐地碱蓬的染色体数目2n=18,核型公式为K(2n)=18=16m+2sm。根据Stebbins的核型分类标准,盐地碱蓬的核型属1A型。
The paper originally analyzes the number of chromosomes and karyotype of Suaeda salsa （ L. ） Pall. Results show that its chromosome number is 2n = 18, and that its karyotype formula is K（2n） =2x = 18 = 16m ＋2sm. The karyotype is 1A based on the classification standard of Stebbins.
