摘要
十八大报告把生态文明建设放在了突出地位,标志着中国共产党对中国特色社会主义的科学内涵和现代化建设目标的认识达到了一个新高度。生态文明建设的提出,表明了社会主义现代化建设总体布局的新拓展,中国社会进入了生态文明的新时代,美丽中国成为人民的新期盼。
The establishment of ecological civilization has been put in a prominent position in the report of 18th CPC Congress,which signs that the Communist Party of China has reached a new high level on the cognition entific meaning of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the aim of modernization. The proposal of estab of scilishing ecological civilization shows the new expanding of general construction of socialist modernization. Chinese society will enter the new era of ecological conciliation and a beautiful China becomes the new expectation of the Chinese people.
