Introduction of a New Comprehensive Chemical Experiment: Synthesis,Characterization and Properties of Porphyrin Compounds

本文设计了一个综合化学实验"卟啉化合物的合成、表征及性质研究",通过该实验的教学,可使学生掌握卟啉化合物的合成及结构表征的一般方法,学习巩固紫外-可见光谱仪、红外光谱仪、荧光光谱仪、电导率仪、电化学工作站等仪器的使用及谱图的分析,从而培养学生的综合化学实验能力。

In this paper,a new comprehensive chemical experiment ＂synthesis,characterization and properties of porphyrin compounds＂ was designed.From this experiment,students can master the general method of synthesis and structure characterization of porphyrin complexes.They can reinforce the operation of UV-vis,IR,fluorescence spectra,conductivity meter,and electrochemical work station and learn the analysis of spectra.It will improve the overall quality and train the innovational capacity of students.
