摘要
21世纪高校图书馆的"信息化"管理,相比于20世纪高校图书馆的"卡片式"管理,发生了重大变革,在管理效率上也获得较大提升。但由于人事制度、人员素质、服务态度等方面的制约,也存在不少新的问题。积极采取有效措施,以促进图书馆提高整体管理效率,是当前高校图书馆更好地服务广大师生的迫切要求。
Comparing the information-based management of libraries in colleges and universities in the 21st century with the card type management in the 20th century,great changes have taken place.The efficiency management of libraries has been also improved.However,there are still many problems because of the restraints of personal system,personnel quality and service attitude.Therefore it is an urgent demand for us to take effective measures to promote the whole efficiency of management.
