不同腐蚀程度Q235钢板声发射评价实验研究

摘要 对不同腐蚀程度的Q235钢在不同升压、保压阶段的声发射特性进行了研究,分析了声源信号特征参量的取值范围及变化趋势,确定了信号特征参量的变化特点,探讨了不同腐蚀程度钢板完整性检测与评价,为现场设备腐蚀状况的安全检测提供了实验依据。 The acoustic emission characters of simulant above-ground vertical storage tank floors on raising pressure, keeping pressure are researched. After that, the value range and change trend parameters of acoustic source signals various stages of of characteristic are analyzed. The change characteristics of signals are confirmed. Detection and assessment method of tank integrality is discussed and an experimental basis was offered to the corrosion state detection of vertical storage tanks in field
