摘要
冷镜露点仪作为高准确度的一种湿度测量仪器,是国家湿度量值传递和国际比对的通用传递标准。笔者根据JJF1076-200《1湿度传感器校准规范》,使用冷镜露点仪作为标准器,对湿度传感器修正值的不确定度进行详细分析。
As a high accurate surveying instrument, the chilled-mirror dew-point hygrometer is the general transfer standard for national humidity value and international comparison. Based on JJF1076-2001, the Calibration Specification of Humidity Sensors, we＇ll analysis the uncertainty of the humidity sensors by using the chiUed-mirror dew-point hygrometer as measurement standard.
