PR&T系统作为上位实时监控系统,采用图形化的人机界面,既可按照预先制定的路由规则实现各BDC存储区的车体实时分配调节,也可通过手动方式直接干预,以满足生产及物流系统对不同车型、颜色及装配配置的车体在同一条生产线柔性化生产的需求。

PR＆T as a upper level monitoring system, it show us the picture and action. According to the routing rules of types and colors , PR＆T system decide to vehicle entry and exit deferent lanes of BDC areas, it also can meet the requirements of the Production and Logistics system. The PR＆T system make all kinds of vehicle and color can be made in the same production line come true.
