摘要
现代挖掘机一般都采用了机电液一体化控制模式,而其工作环境相对较差,因此必须对挖掘机实行定期维护保养。以VOLVO EC360BLC为例,从发动机保养、液压系统保养、行走和工作装置保养、电气系统保养及空调系统保养等方面详细介绍了挖掘机的维护保养技术,以减少机器的故障,缩短维修时间,降低维修费用,提高工作效率,保障挖掘机的正常工作。
The modem excavator adopts mechatronics control mode generally, but the working environment is very poor, so it is necessary to implement regular maintenance of the excavator. Taking VOLVO EC360BLC as an example, to introduce detailly the maintenance of excavator from the aspects of engine maintenance, hydraulic system maintenance, walking and working device maintenance ,electrical system maintenance and air conditioning system maintenance, to reduce machine fault, shorten the repair time, reduce the cost of repair, improve work efficiency, guarantee the normal work of the excavator.
