摘要 本文在稳流试验台条件下,运用STAR-CD软件对进气道-缸内气体流动情况进行三维数值模拟分析,通过网格划分、边界条件设定等步骤显示流场分布。通过气道-缸内流场特性分析,表明不同气门升程,发动机进气道的流量系数较高,具有较好的进气效果和明显的缸内滚流运动,证明进气道结构合理性。 A three-dimensional numerical simulation has been established on the steady flow rig about the flow in the intake ports and cylinder by the software of STAR-CD. By means of meshing and setting the boundary conditions a flow analysis diagram can be worked out in a further step. For the analysis of the property of the flow in intake ports and cylinder, the evidence that the flow coefficiants of the intake ports in different valve lifts are rather high and the tumble is clear can be received. The result accounts for the reasonable intake port structure.
