摘要
南京国民政府在成立之后进行了一系列的税制改革,所得税的创办即为其中之一。本文对南京国民政府所得税创办的经过、成功的原因、意义等进行了初步探讨。
The establishment of income tax was one of the tax reforms for Nanjing KMT Government＇ s. The essay makes a preliminary exploration of its procedures of establishment, causes of success and significance.
