摘要
结合"中等收入陷阱"的研究现状,分析了目前我国劳动力数量、质量与结构变化带来的潜在"中等收入陷阱"风险。通过剖析人力资本的知识效应、外部效应以及国外的人力资本投资经验,从教育投入、技能培训和健康资本投入三个方面,提出了规避"中等收入陷阱"风险的人力资本投资策略。
Based on the current research on "Middle-income Trap" , this paper analyses the risk of potential middle income trap brought by changes in labor quantity, quality and structure. By analyzing the knowledge effect and external effect of human capital, as well as the foreign ex- perience in human capital investment, the article comes up with several human capital investment strategies to avoid the risk of middle-income trap. These include the following three aspects: investment in education, skills training and health capital investment.
