摘要
从企业业绩评价体系——经济增加值的角度,运用杜邦分析法,把经济增加值体系各级指标逐层分析,之后运用层次分析法,对末级指标进行排序,从而从根本上找出企业价值增值驱动因素,使企业管理者对企业的价值管理更加具有针对性。
The paper analyzes the Enterprise Performance Evaluation System from the perspective of Economic Value Added. First it uses DuPont analysis to drill the indicators of economic value added at all levels; then in order to find out the fundamental driving factors of enterprise value-added, it uses the analytic hierarchy process to sort the final stage indicators, which makes the managers' management of the enterprises more specific.
