A study on "the generation after 80s" college counselor psychological problems

高校师资队伍的不断扩充使得越来越多的"80后"走上专职辅导员的工作岗位,在提高辅导员队伍"年轻化"程度的同时,其心理问题也影响着思想政治教育工作的开展,越来越受到社会的广泛关注。本文在阐述和分析高校"80后"辅导员普遍存在的心理问题成因的基础上,结合新时期的社会实际提出可行性调适对策,以提高高校"80后"辅导员的心理素质,为建设思想与素质双过硬的辅导员队伍奠定重要基础。

With the development of Higher education, more and more ＂the generation after 80s＂ become one of the colleague counselors. This group becomes younger in average age, and at the same time, their psychological problems affect the ideological and political education in university. This essay aims to analyze the causes of the problems of this generation, and provides some suggestions in order to improve the colleague counselor＇s psychological quality and to make contribution to the development of higher education.
