利用心理学在编辑领域的行为规律,通过分析作者的投稿动机与心理状态,出于对作者的关爱和期刊的长远发展考虑,为期刊编辑提出了相应的退稿策略,并论证了期刊编辑在退稿过程中的不同行为与策略对作者投稿心理的影响与可能产生的后果及其应对。

Taking advantage of the behavior rule of psychology in the field of the editing, analyzing the author＇s contribution motivation and psychological state, taking into consideration of the author and the long-term development of the journal, the paper puts forward the corresponding rejection strategy for journal editors, demonstrates that different behaviors and strategies in rejecting the contribution have different influence on the author＇s psychology, resulting in different consequences. The paper proposes some countermeasures to the different consequences.
