舟山市工业化水平实证分析与展望

The Empirical Analysis of Zhoushan City Industrialization Level And Its’ Prospect

本文运用钱纳里、库兹涅茨等经济学家的理论,通过对舟山市历年经济数据的分析,认为舟山市当前已经进入工业化中期后半阶段。在向更高发展阶段迈进的过程中,难以继续通过粗放的外延扩张模式来提高工业化水平,舟山市要实现更高程度的工业化,必须进一步优化产业格局,大力发展生产性服务业,以战略性新兴海洋产业为主拓展新的产业发展空间,推动传统临港产业转型升级。在此过程中,需要重视知识经济对推动地区工业化的作用,形成内生增长的新动力;提高城市资源的利用效率,改善城镇化质量;实现经济、社会、文化各领域的制度变迁。

The paper uses the economists＇ theory of industrialization theory of H.Chene~, S.Kuznets. Through the analysis of the economic data over the years in Zhoushan City, the findings believe that the second half of Zhoushan City has entered industrialized mid-stage. In the process of moving to a higher stage of development, it is difficult for Zhoushan to continue through extensive extension and expansion mode to increase the level of industrialization. To achieve a higher degree of industrialization, Zhoushan City must further optimize the industrial structure, vigorously develop the productive service industry. In this process, it is necessary to attach the importance to the role of the knowledge economy to promote regional industrialization. It needs new impetus to the formation of endogenous growth, and to improve the efficiency in the use of urban resources, thereby improving the quality of urbanization, to achieve economic, social, and cuhural areas of institutional change.
