高职学生职业道德教育存在的问题和对策

The Existed Problems and Countermeasures of Occupational Ethics Education for Higher Vocational Students

职业道德具有丰富的内涵,对从业人员和企业的发展都起着积极的促进作用。高职院校存在不重视学生的职业道德素质教育、职业道德素质教育师资不足、教学方法落后、教学水平不高等问题,严重影响了学生职业道德素质的提高。高职院校应加强职业道德教育师资队伍建设,改进教学内容和教学方法,加强学生日常管理,把职业道德素质教育融入到实践教学和实践活动之中,提高高职院校职业素质教育的实效性。

Occupational ethics has rich connotation, plays a poslnve roJe lu pt~,,,,,,L,,,~ v individual and enterprises. Vocational colleges do not attach importance to the quality of students＇ occupational ethics education, insufficient teachers for quality of occupational ethics education, backward for teaching methods and teaching level, seriously affecting the improvement of the quality of students＇ occupational ethics. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen construction of teachers＇ groups in occupational ethics education, improve the teaching content and methods, enhance students daily management, integrates the occupational ethics quality- oriented education into practice teaching and activities, improve the effectiveness of occupational quality-oriented education in higher vocational colleges
