摘要 教师均衡流动是针对目前教师的不合理流动提出的,其意向是推动城乡教师的共同发展,消除"马太效应";消除城乡差异,促进教师资源共享,实现教育公平;活跃教师队伍,促进校际互助合作,缓解"择校热"。教师均衡流动以"耗散论"、卡兹理论、需要层次理论为基础,诠释教师流动的意义。 Balanced teachers flow intention has put forward because of unbalanced teachers flow. It can promote the common development and reduce "the Matthew effect", reduce the gap between urban and rural areas, further cooperation between key schools and normal schools. It is a important channel for balanced teachers flow intention to promote the social equality and share of educational resource and solve the related problem.
