摘要
随着就业形势的日益严峻,大学生就业指导体系的建设和完善愈发重要。高校应结合大学生的特点,构建大学生就业指导的基础性建设措施和配套体系建设,研究大学生就业指导体系的创新途径,助推大学生就业。
With the intensification of the employment situation, the construction and improvement of college student employment guidance system becomes more and more important. Colleges should combined with students＇ characteristics,building from basic construction and supporting system construction, research on innovative approaches about college students guidance system employment to boost the employment of college students.
