摘要
文章通过阐明以人为本的班级管理内涵及这种班级管理模式的特征,从班级目标建立、班干部队伍建设、班规制定、班级活动开展及学生评价机制的建立五个方面进行管理模式构建。
The paper analyzes the characteristic of class management model based on the people-oriented of Marxism. And the paper also discusses the construction of class management model from five aspects： class goals, the team construction of class cadre, class rules, class activities and students＇ evaluation system.
